True Or False: Does Drinking The Recommended Daily Amount Of Water Improve Your Skin?


After doing my research, I came to realise that drinking the recommended daily amount of water improves your skin massively.
Drinking a large amount of water per day helps to flush your system of toxins, and overall cleanses your system.
Whilst doing my research, I read that if you have troubled skin, you should try a fruit and vegetable diet for 5-7 days. Consuming these foods only. Cutting out meat and carbs for up to a week. Crazy, right? Apparently, if the fruit and veg is organic, the better.
That means giving up crisps, I don't think so!


I'll definitely be trying to drink 8 glasses of water a day from now on.
